ANZ Mastercard transfers to ANZ Visa
WHAT IS CHANGING?
ANZ is making a change. ANZ Mastercard will transfer to its ANZ Visa equivalent. This change is in process and will be completed by end of June 2017. Some of the potential BIN numbers that will be affected are as under.
Mastercard accounts will transfer to Visa. Before an individual’s account is due to transfer, ANZ will notify them by email or letter.

HOW IT IMPACTS YOU?
When this transfer takes affect for a particular ANZ Mastercard, it will stop the associated tokens/ recurring plans in Flo2Cash system and consequently related payments will stop.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?
As a Flo2Cash merchant you need to either update the plans/ tokens or create new ones for affected payers so as to continue receiving payments from them.
HOW DO YOU PROCEED?
a. Identify the affected payers
b. Contact them and amend the authority or create a new one.
HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY THE AFFECTED PAYERS?
a. Using Tokens: Generate a token list and compare it with the BIN number list given above. Token list can be generated by following the steps below.
b. Using Payment Plans: Generate a recurring card payment report and compare it with the BIN number list given above. This report can be generated by following the steps below.

Choose the 'Card Type: Mastercard' ; 'Format : CSV'; 'Payer: Active Payers' and click download
